All activities include local transfers to and from Lanjaron and experienced guides that live and breathe these mountains. White Village Walking
Combine the beauty, sunshine, villages and ideal walking of the Alpujarras and the result is a enticing mixture. The walks can include a number of villages including Busquístar to Pitres, Pitres to Bubión, Bubión to Soportújar, Soportújar to Cañar or Canar to Lanjarón.

Get Lost... & Find Yourself
Survival, Navigation and Adventure course with a difference......we really do try to get you lost! Any start date, any duration. No minimum numbers. Singles and groups welcome. Professional instruction and guiding. The course gives you a good insight when in the mountains if you are lost.

Wine & Tapa Crawl
This is one of the ways to really get to grips with your Spanish and a taste of living here in Spain. A tapas crawl and wine tasting event that your bound to remember for a long time. A blind folded wine tasting session followed by the delights of a local tapas lunch to make this activity a treat.

Snow Shoeing
Snowshoeing in the winter months of the Sierra Nevada, snow is not hard to find here during the months of november through to April. If youve never tried it....you should! Its good fun and very easy to learn. Go through forests and scenic mountain hills to make this a fun winter experience.

Mulhacen Adventure
The mountain of Mulhacen in the Sierra Nevada stands at 3482m making it the highest peak in the Iberian Peninsula. Choose from 1 or 2 day ascents to make this challenge complete. It duration is between 8-9 hours of walking a day. 1 day summits can only be achieved in the Summer months.

Paella Night
One of Spain's most famous dishes is the fabulous saffron yellow Paella... Our experienced cook will take you through the process of dveloping a traditional Paella in which you will go home a pro paella chef! The best bit comes at the end when you get to eat it, served with wine and a dessert. Set in rural casitas.

Photo Contest
Get to grips with the local scernery. Needs at least 2 groups. This contest starts by been given a map and aload of photos taken from different parts of the town, trails and local landmarks. Find your way to each photo location and replica the same photo. A good way to get to see the area.

Alpujarra Nature Hunt
Nature is something we are not short of here in the Sierra Nevada, wildlife is in abundance with the addition of local plants and fauna. The Alpujarra nature hunt entails you to find the tressure from clues along trails and mountain hills. You may need to use Spanish for this one!

Gee Up Neddy
John wayne eat your heart out! One of the best ways to see Las Alpujarras is on horseback and is sure to be a rememerable event. Enjoy a 2-5 hour trek through this vast scenery whilst mounted on well behaved Andalucian bred horses. Beginners to experienced riders welcome.

Birdwatching Tours
Birdwatching tours throughout the year are organised for you to see exactly what Andalucian bird life is all about. This guided tour takes you into the hills in 4x4 transport to see Andalucias rich birding destination while along the way you will be taught about local birds and birding habits.

GR7 Trail
The GR7 footpath is famously known as it starts from Gibratlar, passing Lanjaron and then all the way to Greece. The walk that links three villages along the GR7 is full of variety. Forest, cultivated land, gorges, streams and irregation channels, compete with sleepy white villages.

Geocaching Challenges
From lazy rural towns to high mountains, there is terrain for all. Geocaching in the Sierra Nevada is a perfect place to experience this new sport. Caches contain an assortment of interesting items. If you take something from a cache you need to replace it with something of your own.
